Kylie attended the Manitoba Sheep Association show in Minnedosa in August, participating in the first wool animal class offered by the MSA. It was a great way to promote the Shetland breed locally and we appreciate the efforts of the MSA to welcome the wool breeds into the show flock.
Congratulations to Forever Prairie Ranch , and to Orion and his daughter Cinnamon on their wins, and big thanks to Hayley of Bar J Genetics for help with showing.
Our goal for future years is to have enough farms involved to have a separate Shetland class at MSA shows.
